about Leonard Peltier and the Dalai Lama

" I wish to support the petition for clemency for Leonard Peltier.
Mr. Peltier's health is said to be worsening.
I am deeply concerned and I appeal to the concerned authorities
in the United States to positively consider the petition on humanitarian grounds"
- The Dalai Lama
